Prices reflect a 50 minute session.
Payment or co-payment for each session is collected prior to the beginning of each session. There is a $35 fee for missed appointments unless cancelled with a 24 hour notice. Appointments can be cancelled via email or phone. Credit card, debit, cash or personal checks are acceptable methods of payment and we will provide a receipt for all fees paid. A fee of $30 will be charged for returned checks.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Prior to your first appointment I will ask for your insurance information in order to verify your benefit coverage.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
If a scheduled therapy appointment is missed, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $35 cancellation fee prior to next appointment.
